I was asked to apply after the Twilio recruiter guy based in India contacts me on LinkedIn with the job vacancy. The role looked interesting on paper.
Absolute time waste of 5 hours over a week as others had posted here. Except the hiring manager, the other interviewers were reading from the screen questions and had difficulty understanding my responses on situations, basically no clue on whatsoever they were doing there. Cant blame them, most of them who interviewed me come from very mid level type of companies where as I have worked for 2 Big 4s, a corporate giant and few other places in the past with higher educational qualifications (bachelors plus masters) and certifications relevant to the job. One interviewer didn’t turn up and then rescheduled and said the person is sick and that the HR asked to wait for next slot to be confirmed. Then next day the recruiting guy sends a message on LinkedIn asking for a time to discuss feedback, I deploy and asked what about the final interview that I was asked to wait to be rescheduled. After couple of hours rejection email comes through and that’s it! Guys , either don’t go around interview candidates like this or step up your game. Don’t waste time! I do not recommend this company at all u less you are desperate.
