I submitted my resume and a few days later I received a rejection email stating they did not want to interview me. Totally fine. Then a few days after the rejection I got another email stating wait, they do want to interview me. I set up the phone screening, read the 12-page interview guide they sent and was really confident that the initial interview with the recruiter went well. Less than 24 hours later I got a rejection email. I agree with another reviewer that said they're not hiring as many positions as they want you to think. Look at all the recent rejections. Why reject me initially and then waste my time a couple of days later?
