Question 1
Describe a problem you encountered with another team member and how you solved it
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio (Fairfax, VA) in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard:
- recruiter screener
- hiring manager interview
- portfolio review
- final round (portfolio presentation + a bunch of behavioral 1:1s)
I also had a couple extra interviews for another team that had an additional opening.
My recruiter, Chris Argentieri, was super helpful throughout each step of the process - keeping me in the loop and helping me stay prepared for all the steps involved. He provided a lot of support and transparency that really made the interview process feel more human than most, so I appreciated a lot.
