I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Twilio (Bengaluru) in May 2021
Interview
Had to complete an online test which was easy/medium LC questions. After that was a call with the hiring manager. It was a very bad experience here as the hiring manager was yawning throughout the call even though it was a call scheduled around noon. Although the questions asked were good and thoughtful, I expected professionalism as you don't yawn in an interview which was scheduled around noon.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions about my work. The workflow, stakeholders, source systems etc.
What kind of technologies are used.
A hackerrank whiteboard session and an easy question on strings.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio in Sept 2024
Interview
Beginning of interview process was transparent with recruiter, every step of the process was explained and informed with time. After completion of all steps there was no further communication from recruiter for over 2 weeks. Reaching out resulted in potential feedback session which also resulted in an ignored response from recruiter.
