The interview process was long, 8 interviews and a presentation on possible use cases. The hiring manager lied and denied being the hiring manager. I found out by accident just before the presentation. I found tis to be unprofessional. When I mentioned it, he said.. 'tricked ya'. Also, by having potential candidates present on potential use cases, they are getting intellectual capital (creative ideas) from people that haven't been hired yet. I found this odd. Both fly in the face of their professed values. The internal recruiter did an excellent job of making me think I was going to get the job.. right up until she delivered the bad news. The process took almost 2 months.
