The interview process was great, it was more of a behavioral and you would need to talk about your experience with your previous jobs. The team was great, the hiring manager was great.
The interview process overall took about 5 hours all together talking to different people, later, the HR called me and offered me the job.
I had other interviews lined up with other companies and I had asked for 2 more days, and after 2 more days I had accepted the offer.
We spoke about the job compensation and ended up mutually accepting a number. I was excited at this point, however, later, the HR called me and they pulled back the offer, in my experience working with big companies, I have never seen or heard about any company, giving an offer and then pulling it back in a weeks time.
The HR was terrible, I mentioned that I needed a H1B visa transfer and he dint make a note of it, and he ended up telling me that was the reason why they had to pull back the job offer.
The company need better HRs and they need to be educated properly about how visas work and the importance of it.
Adding to that, he passed on wrong information to the hiring manager as well. The overall process was just a disaster where I Interviewed for 5 hours, ended up getting the job, and they pulled back the job offer in a weeks time.
