I had a very decent experience with Twigz, initially I cancelled my 1st appointment but HR is cooperative enough to schedule another date, Although I reached late but HR empathize and should some real moral on setting up the interview as soon as I reach. A young guy came accross and started interviewing me, which I initially thought that he is the opps manager, then I came accross that he is the CEO and the owner of the company. I must say. Being an ownet and such down to earth personality i never came accross earlier, his vision is very clear, and expectation is very fisable. I felt that it was just a discussion and expectation setting, not an interview. Though I am not aware that I will get offer letter or not I will give 5Star for their turn ups. And for sure this company will grow if things go right way as it is now.
