I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Twigeo (Brooklyn, NY) in Mar 2025
Interview
Very unorganized. The recruiter does not have a logical roadmap. Seemed to ask Question A and went to Question H. Company seemed unstructured. Ghosted after interview. Not sure why there’s so many applicants.
Don't bother with this company. They pay well below market value for their positions. 40K-80K less than the market. Interviewer was very nice not the person's fault but executive leadership fails here. I wouldn't have moved forward anyway. Lots of websites show actual salary ranges at Twigeo's company from employees and they low ball the offers.

Tell me about some omni marketing channels you have experience with?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Twigeo (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Feb 2024
Interview
(1) Interviewed with the hiring manager (2) Was assigned a case study to estimate the "true" impact of advertisement.
These two steps were completed within a week, and then I never received any feedback on the submitted case.I found this lack of response very unprofessional, considering the time I invested in the case. After submitting the case and waiting almost 4 weeks without any response, and after sending two follow-up emails, I received an automated email stating that I would not be moved forward in the process.
As a side note, the company wanted a senior data scientist who could contribute to their "Bayesian framework" but they also frequently mentioned 'confidence intervals' and 'p-values' in their estimations. This reflects a weak understanding of fundamental statistical inference and more emphasis on commercial viability, which is questionable for candidates with a strong background in statistics who want to apply their knowledge.
