It was totally online, with a single assessment interview which then led to them responding with whether or not you received an offer. A good amount of preparation was given and it was overall a good experience.

Reached out on LinkedIn, then Zoom, then a final round. Pretty standard interview process. Emphasized value benefit of doing calls at any time with complete flexibility, Also emphasized pay, although it varies pretty widely based on a number of factors.
