Slow interview process. Overall smooth process, however, takes a long time- HR doesn't communicate well. There are 4-5 rounds, mostly around past experience and problem solving. Last round is taken by the co-founder which is a mix of introduction, relevant experience and a product improvement question.

Almost all rounds follow the same format- Introduction, past product experience, Why do you want to leave, followed by a product problem- rca, metrics, guesstimate, product strategy
No feedback from the HR about the result. Interview itself was well conducted and relevant questions were asked. But HR is non responsive and a feedback is the bare minimum
