HR contacted for the process and the start was seamless. The director of product took the interview and did not set any context and clarify more about the role, no introductions. Overall a really poor way to conduct interviews and not let the interviewee even ask questions to get clarity.

Only explain complex problems you worked on around conversion, infra & growth levers. Nothing around onboarding, retention etc.
