Consisted of 3 stages. 1st Stage. Initial call with Talent Acquisition Manager, he was super transparent and was able tell me all about the companies culture, values and a high level overview of the role. 2nd Stage. Interview with the hiring manager, I was asked general competency based questions, hiring manager made me feel at ease and we had a great conversation about my career goals, I got in depth info about the role, team and what to expect. 3rd stage was a product demo with the hiring manager. I was kept informed and given feedback of my progress at all stages.
