Typical 30-minute phone screen with a recruiter, followed by an at-home technical assessment relevant to the role. After passing the assessment, there were four interviews (2 behavioral, 1 code review, 1 system design) with team members and leadership. The process was well-organized and the interviewers were professional and pleasant throughout. While I did not receive an offer, the experience was positive overall. The most disappointing part was the automated rejection email.
