Turno interview questions

One of the most awkward interviews I've ever had. Very few questions about me or my background. The interviewer came across as very aloof. I wondered if they had already extended someone an offer for this role before they interviewed me.

The interview process was very conversational and low-pressure. It felt more like a discussion rather than a formal interview, as they mainly wanted to gauge whether I’d be a good fit for the role and the company culture. Overall, it was a smooth and straightforward experience
