Interview
Recruitment starts with technical test. They asked to attend a twi hour long test during working hours. Questions asked in the technical test presentation rotates around practical business practices instead of case presented. Passed to next step but decided to back off due to many sketchiness during study case phase and scheduled interview in SUNDAY morning. HR frequently contacted in odd hours such as 9pm.

Should the company conduct a business expansion based on study case you worked on? (the dataset was not relevant and only contain service handling time, months of transaction and several simple data that cannot help)
(Case Related) If the candidate found out that there are decrease in operational budget that are related to decrease of customer satisfaction, what kind of budget should a company it invest on?
