I met Turning Point Scotland team at a recruitment event in my local area. I could tell they all loved their job and it was a good company. It sounded really interesting so I applied as soon as I got home. My interview was booked really quickly. Everyone was really nice and I felt relaxed to ask the questions I had. This was my first time interviewing for a job like this and it went really well. I was offered a post the next day.

Interview with two members of staff, an introduction and then some questions about myself and why I applied for the job. There were a few questions about my own personal experiences seen as I didn't have professional experience in the field. Overall very friendly and welcoming.

90 minute interview with 2 Turning Point Scotland employees with plenty of situational questions. Recommend that applicants prepare thoroughly. It’s reassuring that TPS are diligent in getting the right people to work there - especially as their service users are often vulnerable.

I actually relay enjoyed the interview. the interview was relaxed and i felt at ease, i was quite nervous. Very friendly atmosphere with good questions that helped me understand the job more. Meeting the manager and some staff and being able to ask questions was refreshing.
