Interview
Had a zoom screening interview for about half an hour where we discussed my resume and general interview questions. Second round interview was a group interview with a total of about 15 other people. The first hour was a presentation of the company, introductions, and general questions. We were individually interviewed for 20 min and spent 40 min in a group case study with an observer.
After the entire process, I received an email saying that they currently did not have enough available positions to hire me. If that was the case, why did they bother making me go through a 3 hour interview process?

Interview
They reached out to me on LinkedIn to set up an interview. They got me in for a quick intro meeting, and then shortly after scheduled an interview. After a few days I was offered a position.
