Interview
It was something like having a conversation with 5 people in front of you. They asked about previous experiences, weaknesses, daily life. It took about 10-15 minutes from the beginning. I felt the warmth and this helped me control my anxiety.
They want you to take an online english test. If you pass it, you are invited to interview. They HR crew are really helpful and warm people. First they test your english level; if you pass it, they check your weight and height, tattoo and scar. And the last stage is HR interview. There are 3 people of them, it takes about 10-15 minutes.

It was interesting, I was asking about my previous experience, role in the currently position, which career ambitions I have, how I reach the goals, what do I know about TA
first steps were online and then in person. overall it took so much time but was not hard to manage. english test was pretty easy and did not even require very hard levels of language. I believe B2-C1 levels will be just fine
