I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Turing in Jan 2025
Interview
I had three rounds in total. The first round was aptitude, followed by business writing. In business writing, you are given two different answers from a bot, and you have to choose one of them and explain the reason for your choice. After that, the interviews were conducted. You need to focus more on the interview, which had four sessions: a business case study, logical reasoning, guesstimates, and questions on Excel and Google Suite.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview consisted of four sessions:
Business Case Study: I was asked to analyze a subscription-based company facing challenges with customer churn. I had to explain how I would identify the reasons for the churn.
Guesstimates: One example was estimating how many petrol bunks are there in my city.
Excel: Basic interview questions were covered, such as explaining VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. You can refer to YouTube for learning these concepts.
Logical Reasoning: This section required a strong focus on logical thinking and guesstimates.
The process began with an online assessment that involved analyzing data provided in an Excel sheet and answering related questions. The assessment also included a few behavioral questions, and I was selected for the next round.
I applied online. I interviewed at Turing (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2026
Interview
Online assessment focused on SxS AI response comparisons. Not the most challenging assessment, with unclear and often misleading instructions. This is then followed by an interview, assuming you pass the skills assessment.
