      Marketing Interview

      4 May 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Westlake Village, Los Angeles, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Turf Installers (Westlake Village, Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2017

      Interview

I met with the Recruitment Manager first, who then introduced me directly to the CEO. Recruitment manager went over general questions first, then ran me through some of the figures and the sales pitches and projects they were working on. He asked me some general qualifying questions about experience, proposals for their projects, etc. etc. When I answered them all he moved me on to CEO. CEO was very trusting. He met with me on a 1 on 1 and said he heard positive things from the recruitment manager and that he just wanted to make sure I was a good fit. We talked shop a bit about strategies and marketing, and when he liked the vision I had he gave me an offer on the spot.
