Extremely friendly interview process, felt like they really wanted to get to know you, your experience and how you approach your work. Minimal commercial awareness questions. Emphasised the culture of teamwork and personal focus within the firm.
Visitied office for interview. Was asked a range of questions about my CV. Broadly these were competency questions with some follow up. Interviewers were warm and personable. Was given time to ask my own questions at end. Genuinely a positive experience.
Interviewers were friendly and felt very comfortable throughout the interview. There was a mixture of questions from competency questions to personal questions to scenario questions. The interview lasted about 45 minutes.
