Interview
There are three people interviewing the candidates separately. First round with HR mainly explaining the position and asked some behavioral questions. Second and third round with two team members of the group asking some technical questions about the resume and beyond.
Easy interview without any efforts. HR was not helping at all. The company is going down and seems every employee in it just want to get the salary and wait for the opportunity.

Tiny project implementation in a short time (3 days). very classic front-end toy program: to do list. Not too difficult but need candidates to spend some time. ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
