Email request for in person interview with COO and Finance Leader. The interview was candid and comfortable however there was zero follow up. The panel asked me about salary at the end of the interview staging it with... if this job paid 50k would you still be interested... they could have avoided the 30 interviews they had if they did a phone screen and asked that question.

Interview
I applied online through a job site (indeed.com) August 5th, received a call on August 6th, had an interview on August 7th. Interview was quick and easy. Manager was really nice and understanding. Even agreed to work with my schedule, working it around my boyfriend's since we have 4 kids. Had interview with one manager, then another. Offered the job on the spot.

It wasn't anything too overwhelming, two interviews with two different staff member.They wanted to know how I could be an asset to the team. They also sent me to see what the job was like on a day to day basis. I got to see the ins and outs of the job before accepting
