Interview
About a month after applying, I received an email from the administrative coordinator of the department to schedule a phone screening. During the phone screening, details regarding the position were discussed and I was asked 5 questions regarding my qualifications. A week later I was scheduled for an in-person interview with 3 people from the department, which lasted about 45 minutes. That same week HR reached out through email for 3 references, background check, and scheduled a phone conversation.

Interview
Solid zoom and phone interviews. Follow up was severely lacking. Kept being told another week and they would decide if I had secured position. In the meantime I sent emails about various things like questions I had and they were never responded to. After nearly three weeks of no updates I was sent an email denying my employment and received no responses to any of my emails or telephone messages.

Interview
Swift, thorough and professional but not intimidating. Began with inquiries about myself followed by a segment in which I could also inquire about the position, department and current faculty. There was a phone session with HR, a video conference with the department administrators and then a follow up with HR to negotiate pay/benefits. Very well organized.
