From first call to candidate exercise took about a month. The people were wonderful, every person you come in contact with was open, committed and experienced in their field. Here’s the issue, after all the prep, research, three hours of interviews and a candidate exercise, they canceled the position last minute. That denotes serious disorganization within the company. A job listed for well over a month, likely multiple candidates and interviews, a planned candidate exercise, that was turned in and accepted but within two days you realize you don’t actually need the position? Definitely leaves a bad taste after being put through the entire process.
