I want to share my recent experience with this company's interview process, which I found to be extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The process started with an assessment test, followed by a video interview with Myriam from HR. Unfortunately, she didn’t turn on her camera during the call, which made the conversation feel one-sided and disengaged. It felt like I was talking to myself, which is not what I would expect from a professional setting.
Despite that, I did my best and progressed through the next stages, which included a technical interview with the functional manager, a client analysis case study, and finally, an in-person interview. The entire process took around four weeks.
After the final round, communication from HR completely stopped. It took over three weeks to hear anything back, and during that time, I noticed that the job description kept changing—from requiring just Excel to suddenly listing Python and SQL, which raised red flags for me.
In my opinion, the process felt disorganized and possibly misleading. It gave me the impression that they are conducting interviews without any real intention of hiring. Based on my experience, I would advise others to think twice before applying and potentially wasting their time.
