Assessment centre included a (surprise) team building activity followed by group case study and presentation in front of the senior management team. After the case study, we had a networking dinner with current trainees and other senior staff.

Fun, engaging, and full of surprises, the experience was both welcoming and intellectually stimulating. The multiple rounds of interviews were well-structured, offering valuable insights at each stage. The networking dinner and opportunities to interact with senior leaders added a personal touch and made the process even more enriching.
