I applied online. I interviewed at Tryg (Ballerup) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 interviews. First, a talk with the hiring manager and a coding test. Second again with the hiring manager, but this time more focused on skills and expectations from both sides. Third, was with the HR. All stages went smoothly, pretty nice people doing the interviews, very relaxed and easy to talk to.
But... the company is not serious with their hirings. I got very positive feedback from all people I talked to, but they couldn't offer me a contract because eventually there was no budget. It sounded like it was a conflict between managers on who would use the budget. Pretty terrible to put the candidate through this process and reject them for this reason.
The same position appeared multiple times on LinkedIn, every time with different hiring manager. I guess all candidates went through the process only to have the same outcome as me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions to figure out if I have a good motivation for the position and if I would be a good match for the position (easy to talk to, collaborative etc)
Generally a very long and not transparent process: I had many long interviews with overlapping agendas and repeating questions, Felt very unstructured and redundant use of time. Was not able to invest the time required for this interview process while also working a full time job

Question 1
Questions about my leadership style and deeper technical domain questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tryg (Ballerup) in Nov 2022
Interview
Was fairly simple. Tests and one more test on site. Practice the online tests beforehand as they are quite difficult. The test on site was creating a powerpoint with some data (30 min to prepare)
