Met with several different people throughout the day. 900am till about 3:30. I met with HR and the director of CS, then later with content , and the COO along with the director of IT. everyone was friendly and honest.

Truth For Life requires incoming candidates to fill out a thorough Topgrading assessment as part of the application process. In the next stage, candidates are invited on site for interviews with multiple staff members to assess skillset and affinity with the ministry's culture.

They conducted multiple interviews, starting with remote calls and videos and ending with an on-site visit day. It was well organized and professional. They are seeking to hold themselves to a high standard of interviewing and of business operations, and they have done a great job in that regard.
