I had a great interview experience up until the final interview. Smooth and fast process, nice interviewers, interesting conversations. Then on the final interview I was told I will hear back within 3 days with an update. It's now been 1 month without any updates. I followed up twice via email and got ghosted. Completely unacceptable behaviour and lacks basic professional decency to ghost final interviewees for weeks without any updates. I'm really disheartened because I felt the interviews went well and I was excited about the job and company until the end. Since I never received an update after my final interview, I will have to assume I was unsuccessful in the interview and keep looking for a company that treats candidates with respect.
