Just kinda slow, ask questions but doesn't listen to the answers. Didn't ask for any expansion of vuage answers that were left open for expansion. Remember you have to interview them too!

Interview
First I had a phone interview then in-person interview. All process went very smoothly. People were welcoming and nice. They showed lots of interest and I received positive feelings during interview. In person interview lasted little over 40 minutes and phone interview lasted about 20-30minutes.

Interview
I applied via Monster then HR reached out for a phone screen. I was asked salary at that point. I had an interview the next day with the manager, who brought in the Director for a 2nd interview. I received an offer from HR the next day! The staff was nice the office was professional business casual dress with friendly long time employees.
