The process with Trustly Brazil was very smooth.
I was in another country and did the entire process remotely.
The interviewers and HR support had been excellent.
Initially I had a conversation with HR and then interviews in English with the Engineering Team.
Finally I did a technical challenge and received a proposal that I accepted.

Processo bem transparente por parte da empresa. A recrutadora sempre enviava atualizações de status do processo e entrevistas com hiring manager e architect foram marcadas em sequêncialmente. Precisei realizar alguns testes de congnição assim como proeficiência de inglês. Realizado entrevista com RH, aplicado um teste técnico e entrevista técnica posteriormente, sempre obtive uma resposta rápida e clara da empresa. Gostei bastante do processo. A proposta da empresa é bem justa de acordo com o seu nível técnico.
