it was an easy interview process. they didn't try to make me sell them anything but they ask how you would handle different types of customer service situations. when you start you drive to a headquaters to do orientation.

the interview was direct and more focus on the job descriptions, as for availability to work longer hours. asked I drive, the reason was I will be asked to move between branches to help when they are short of staff
