There was a 30 minute phone screening with the typical introduction and asking what I knew about the company and position. Then there were a number of questions - many focussed on difficult situations with clients and how to solve them. Finally an opportunity for me to ask questions. Interview ended with the promise of an email the following week.

Very easy. They were very easy to talk Simple questions to get to know you better and also discussed the company a little. She was very nice and we laughed and talked one of the easiest interviews I’ve ever had
I had an initial phone interview and a follow up video interview. Both interviews were very pleasant and I enjoyed speaking with each person. I enjoyed learning more about the position and the company as a whole.

Very easy and quick process. Found out that I didn’t get the position fairly quickly as well. I feel like I didn’t answer questions in the way that they wanted and had I known what they were looking for, things would have gone differently.
