I had 2 phone interviews, 1 virtual, 1 onsite with assessment and then silence… completely ghosted. Incredibly rude for ghosting potential candidate after that much time invested. I wonder if they lost my assessment. It takes minimum effort to decline a candidate if they weren’t the right fit.
