The interview was a panel interview. The questions were long-form, in-depth as expected. The interviewers were great for the most part, except for one who seemed as though he did not want to be present.

Had an interview with would-be supervisor and one of the firm's EVPs. Never heard from them afterword -- not even a rejection email. Not common among non-profits in the DMV.

Interview
This was a standard interview for an undergraduate intern position. It took about 30-40 minutes over the phone. It definitely helped having a good understanding of the organization beforehand. And they definitely appreciated that I had done my homework.
