Interview

CEO reached out for a interview, quickly move me to next steps. Final interview with the founder, they made it seem they ready to provide and offer but completely GHOSTED. The founder also doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing. Shocked to see the unprofessional manners from the leadership.

I had a couple of calls and VERY enthusiastic feedback. Then the recruiter tells me they just hired someone at a higher level in the department and that was it.

Two phone interviews, pretty simple and basic. CEO seemed really excited and his partner not so much. Interviewed a couple weeks ago and still haven't heard anything back. I'm guessing they aren't good at following up with their candidates. Doesn't seem considerate.
