Applied online and three days later I received email communication in reference to conducting an on-demand video interview. I did same and submitted the following date. Two days after that I received and email from a HR recruiter requesting a video/in-person interview. I confirmed with the HR's assistant a date and time for four days later to be interviewed by four supervisors/HR reps. On the day of my interview I learned that I had been originally emailed to participate in a video/in-person interview however I was now being interviewed via landline by two Truist supervisors instead. The interview was fairly simple and comfortable. One individual repetitivly spoke as I had been already selected for the position. I was advised that I would receive next steps or updates within a week to week and a half. I communicated my gratitude via email and after a week and a half went by I had no further communication. After over 20 days, I still have not received any communication in regards to steps or status as previously advised but the website no longer shows Under Consideration. My internal references advised that their last update shows my application is still in review Under Consideration.
