Interview was fairly generic; I met with a project engineer and the VP of construction initially. Went over general questions and my resume. The 2nd round of personnel consisted of an assistant and senior PM. The questions were more or less identical to the first round. Overall, everyone seemed impressed and I was told that there was nothing they had seen or heard that presented concern towards my ability to do the job. The final round consisted of a paper-based personality test that took about an hour to complete. I completed and was told I would hear back in a week. A week passed and I followed up with Truesdell. I was informed they were still going through interviewing other candidates. After two weeks, I still had heard nothing. I followed up again and was informed by the VP that he thought the position had been filled. My follow ceased henceforth.
