Interview Process
I was invited into the interview process and completed multiple conversations with the TrueLoyalty team. The interviews themselves were generally professional and conversational, and expectations were presented clearly during the calls.
Unfortunately, communication broke down entirely after the interviews concluded. Despite follow ups, there was no closure, feedback, or formal rejection provided. The process ended with complete silence.
Communication
Ghosting candidates after interviews is unprofessional, especially when time and preparation are required on the candidate side. Even a brief status update or rejection email would have demonstrated basic respect for candidates.
Overall Impression
The lack of follow through overshadowed what initially seemed like a promising opportunity. Transparency and candidate experience appear to be an area where the company needs improvement.
Advice to Management
If you interview candidates, close the loop. Clear communication and timely follow up go a long way in building trust and maintaining a positive employer brand.
