I applied online. I interviewed at TrueFan (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Apr 2026
Interview
First call with HR ( HR Team maintains good contact and follow ups).
1st interview with performance marketing person- interview was okay and I was selected.
Then, there was an assignment. Another interview post this with the same previous interviewer.
Final interview was with Performance Marketing Lead. Who didn’t select me.
Although having read negative reviews about the company, I was myself on the fence to join this company. Regardless, still gave it a shot!
What I found strange was that nobody from content team took my interview. Upon asking them multiple times the same thing, I felt either they don’t have Content lead or the performance team itself prefers taking content aspect in their hands for revenue reasons.

Interview
The interview was heavily focused on syntax-specific questions rather than evaluating core concepts or overall problem-solving ability. There was significant emphasis on Django fundamentals, particularly ORM basics, along with SQL fundamentals and writing queries using the Django ORM. Overall, the experience felt less engaging, as the interviewer appeared somewhat disinterested, which made the interaction less conversational and more mechanical.
