Interview
After a few emails, I was given a design challenge. Relatively simple, incorporating some brand identity into a basic user flow. Went and met in person, showed some work examples, and did a brief, on the spot, design challenge. Later spoke with lead designer. I was disappointed to hear that they used Photoshop for the majority of their design work. Got an offer for minimum wage, briefly accepted until I received a full-time, salaried position elsewhere. Politely informed TrueChoice team, never heard a word.
