The interview process took about 5 weeks and involved 4 interviews. I did not live in the area so most of this was remote (phone/Skype). The first interview was with the in-house recruiter, this was really just a quick overview and screening. After that I spoke with a product dev manager. We chatted for a bit, I was asked a few questions to make sure I knew my stuff. After the second interview I was given a programming assignment. It was easy but open ended enough to allow you to go above and beyond. The third interview was a Skype with a group of developers from the product development department where we reviewed the homework assignment. The fourth and final interview was on-site (they flew me in) and with mostly the same group as the third. Overall I felt the process was rigorous but fair. I want to work with the best, smartest people in the field. If you want the same be patient and work hard on this interview process. You will be rewarded on the other end.
