There were two interviews conducted with me:
1. **First round:** A managerial round with scenario-based questions for a QA Manager role, along with behavioral questions. It lasted about an hour, and I cleared this round.
2. **HR call:** HR informed me that I had cleared the first round.
3. **Second round:** Another round with scenario-based and behavioral questions, conducted by the VP.
4. **Post-interview:** I did not receive any feedback after this round. When I followed up with HR, she mentioned that she had forgotten to take the feedback.
This gave the impression that the process was not handled seriously. Conducting multiple rounds without timely feedback, and citing a lack of follow-up, reflects poorly on accountability and creates a negative candidate experience.
