Started with a straightforward HR phone screen, and from there progressed to conversations with the head of Quality, another Quality Tech., and the co-CEOs. Quite a lot of questions focused on culture, the small business environment, and startup culture.
Interviewed with 5 different people over the course of about 2 weeks. This included people like the VP of Marketing, Human Resources, both of our CEOs, our copy write and the brand manager.
This employer will leave you hanging in the wind. I do not recommend pursuing a career with them unless you have all of the time in the world. They will tell you they will be in contact by Monday, etc and not reach back out at all unless you contact them.
