TruAssets interview questions

When I walked in, I saw two VERY young girls approach me for an interview. These girls were under 23 years old. The interview was a joke. A homeless person right off the street could get a job there. There's no background check, no drug test and you've got confidential information you're working with! I have a lsit of their banks & work for another Restoration company. So I could use that to my advantage in putting them out of business!

The interview process was smooth - no issues there. Everyone I spoke to over the phone and in person was pleasant and courteous. I was offered the job, but declined because as some of the other reviewers indicated, the pay is VERY low for what they expect from you and they appear to little to no regard for the quality of life. If you have a family, I definitely don't recommend applying here as they told me to expect to work long extended hours during the week and 1-2 Saturdays a month. The only holidays they are closed is Thanksgiving and Christmas - and you're not paid for it. Only Managers/Supervisors are allowed paid time off and at that, it's only 5 days PER YEAR. So if you get the flu and are out 3 days, you only have 2 days vacation/sick time left for the rest of the year, which I find ridiculous. So if you're not applying for a position in management, don't expect any holidays off other than Thanksgiving/Christmas (you're just not paid for it), and don't expect any vacation/sick time to be awarded to you. I know it's not legally required to provide paid time off, but there is an industry standard which they do not meet. They offer medical insurance, but not dental, vision and do not offer a 401K. So to me the pay is EXTREMELY low (26K less than the industry standard for this position)...no holiday pay for the 2 holidays they are closed...working all other holidays....no dental/vision/401K.....5 days paid time off per year only for mgmt.....extended work week hours/weekends....other than just for the mere fact of having a job, where is the benefit to the employee here? I'm not willing to sacrifice my family for any job...a job can be replaced, your family cannot and it would do your company good to keep that in mind, otherwise you can expect to keep a high turnover and a young inexperienced staff. Just know people DO read these reviews which is why I did my homework prior to the interview.
