The whole selection process took 2 weeks. First I applied through Indeed and then got a Phone Interview entailed by an HR interview which took around 50mins and then after a week I got the final Interview with the plant manager. The interview was really good. Manager asked me questions relevant to the job and overall the best interview I have attended.
