I was contacted twice by Trooli in regards to interviewing for head up a team that at first I was unsure about as the job description was very misleading, after turning this down I was contacted again and booked in an interview. During the interview, knowing that I am based in London, they informed me that I would have to be in the office 5 days a week, This would be a drive that would be over an hour with bad traffic. I have been back and forth for a week with them saying that I would be saying that I would be happy to travel there 3 days a week, but with young children, I have responsibilities at home and remote work does suit me more. After a week of waiting I get told that I'm perfect for the role, but they need someone in the office 5 days a week. The lack of flexibility is disappointing, but I'm also confused as to why they are contacting people outside of the area, just to be so inflexible.
