Never heard of this company but found an interview request in my junk mail asking me to attend an online interview the following day. No prior phone call, nothing, which gvies an impression of cowboy kinda business. The interviewer was a corporate engineer (so an interview by non technical person & more of an HR disguised in an engineer lol) very skeptical & seems difficult to please but rather indecisive after 1hr interview wasted. Intrusive questions i.e birth location,salary, etc. Questioning my ability to do the job and her judgment was based on her feelings with nothing tangible. Apparently, she was looking for a unicorn candidate for a various hats position who can run a mega Project on his own or maybe this's how things are done at Trojan (typical Middle Eastern work environment) i.e No system in place. Obviously, she didn't even ask if I have questions bcs in her POV it's one way interview, again typical. My follow up email got ghosted... no surprise. Checking some reviews on here just confirm my concerns. So seem I dodged a bullet.
