      Scrum Master Interview

      29 Aug 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Bengaluru
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Trivium eSolutions (Bengaluru) in Jun 2019

      Interview

Telephonic Round from US. The interviewer appeared to be geek. He was patient in asking questions. Showed his excellence in confusing by asking same questions multiple times multiple ways. More than evaluating me, I felt he wanted to show off his knowledge about Scrum Guide. Complete theoritical questions. I felt I was in school. Had some one mugged up The Scrum Guide the interviewer would not have bothers if it is a 10th standard student.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I felt that honestly. Few questions out of Scrum Guide. No practical questions or scenario based questions. Didn't ask about impediments faced, how I addressed those etc.
